Encouraging Intercultural Interaction by Cultural Specific Learning Design

Increased levels of internationalization have led to individuals working in multicultural organizations, a trend that is likely continue for the foreseeable future. To navigate these environments successfully, more emphasis being placed on importance higher education preparing and arming future workforce with international competencies required be successful contemporary organizations.
