Encouraging Intercultural Interaction by Cultural Specific Learning Design

Increased levels of internationalization have led to individuals working in multicultural organizations, a trend that is likely continue for the foreseeable future. To navigate these environments successfully, more emphasis being placed on importance higher education preparing and arming future workforce with international competencies required be successful contemporary organizations. The aim this research shed much needed light how learning design management courses influence whom 263 students learn within two culturally diverse post-graduate courses. We found Course B (specific cross-cultural design) significantly large effect size increased intercultural interaction over time relative A (generic design), whereby qualitative findings confirm substantial differences lived experiences between This highlights educators need carefully interactions rather than hoping will develop naturally time.
